Every single practitioner operating on Psychic Guide is legally and contractually bound by our zero-tolerance Code of Ethics. Any violation results in immediate permanent expulsion from the platform.
The Core Tenets
- No Medical, Psychological, or Legal Diagnosing: Practitioners are explicitly forbidden from diagnosing physical illnesses, recommending treatments, offering psychiatric evaluations, or giving legal/financial counsel. Clients requiring these services must be redirected to licensed professionals.
- Zero Tolerance for Fear-Mongering: We unconditionally ban the practice of telling a client they are "cursed," "hexed," or "surrounded by dark entities" in order to extort them into purchasing expensive "cleansing" rituals.
- Absolute Confidentiality: Your sessions are sacred. Practitioners may never discuss your readings, personal details, or emotional vulnerabilities with anyone else. All data interactions are protected off-site.
- Client Autonomy & Free Will: A psychic reading is not a finalized fate. It is a weather report. Practitioners must always emphasize that the client retains ultimate free will and the power to change their trajectory at any time.
- Refusal of Service (The 5-Minute Rule): Energy does not always mesh. If a practitioner realizes within the first 5 minutes that they cannot organically connect with a client's energy, they are ethically required to disconnect and authorize a full refund.
